My Story
I started selling Scentsy in November 2008 after a lot of thought. I have sold for several different direct sell companies and never seemed to be successful at it. I believed in the products but just couldn’t be that pushy. I met my sponsor at a craft show where I was selling floral arrangements, and she talked to me about joining Scentsy and told her NO WAY. I had done this kind of stuff before and it just wasn’t for me. I wouldn’t even take a sample, BUT my friend who was with me took a sample. Some how her sample ended up my bag that I tote Every day. That one little sample made my bag and everything in it smell so good and for so long had to reconsider my thought process about selling it. I called my sponsor back and she told me “Scentsy sells itself” so I thought about it for another week or more and still had that sample in my bag making everything smell so good that finally I thought you know if it smells that good she must be right. I signed up to sell Scentsy that week. I love it AND my sponsor was right, it sells itself. There is no flame, there is no soot, there is no stench when you blow a candle out, and I don’t have to worry about my husband going to bed and leaving the candles burning. I don't ever turn my warmers off. I believe in Scentsy it is truly a wonderful product and it’s very safe. I have met some wonderful people through Scentsy including Heidi and Orville Thompson(who own Scentsy) and I wouldn’t trade it for anything. If you haven’t tried it you should, we have over 80 scents and 50 Full Size Warmers. And now we have Mid Size Warmers, Plug Ins, College Warmers, Military Warmers and a beautiful Breast Cancer Awareness Warmer. Every month we come out with a new warmer of the month and a new scent of the month AND those are always on sell in that month. Having a party is so easy, I’ll come to your home or to your office and bring some warmers to show and bring scents for everyone to smell, OR I’ll give you the scents and you can just share them with your friends at your convenience.
